My son is having fever and he is crying because of leg pains and eyes are also burning

A. You can give paracetamol for fever and leg pain massage the legs with warm mustard oil that is also going to be very helpful for you to use as of now and also I’m going to recommend you the eyes are watering clean water and consult the doctor
