A. it's fine so. Constipation or hard stools is quite common in baby age group and so know that as it requires dietary change. Give plenty of water to baby and also include high fibre diet items like suji , dalia etc green leafy vegetables and fruits in the baby diet.

A. hi dear The culprit in many cases of toddler constipation is a diet that's too heavy in processed foods, dairy, and sweets, and too light in fiber (like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables). Not getting enough fluid can also lead to constipation, because it makes the stools harder.
