My son is having cold from last 15 days and from yesterday having fever too..zhe is crying since yesterday night..please help me out

Continue with medicine of fever and also give stomach pain medication as a lot of times when kids don’t eat well and during the time of fever they can suffer with stomach pain also give that medicine hopefully that should be beneficial introducing down the irritation that your child has
