My son is having chesty cough nasal congestion 99 fever never accepts any medicine orally what should I do?

If your child is not willing to have medicine overly then what you do is you can give ginger juice and honey to the child that would be good because honey will make it very sweet and this take some mustard oil add some rock salt currency and chopped garlic warm the oil and massage and back chest and throat of the child and do hot compress
