My son is having 1.6 years age and he is not able to go free motion and urine... He is facing an issue since from 2 days... please tell me how to take care

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 1 year 6 months of age provide hard stool and constipation in the baby please give some water for the baby to drink and give all seasonal fruits to the baby if possible some vegetable salads
