as far as the child is active for their age and eating healthy.
you can give milk, panner, ghee, fish , chicken , eggs, if preffered, soya, dry fruits , nuts, seeds, ( which a powder can be made for and mixed in milk ) dals, legumes such as rajma, lobia, chana etc.

please don't judge your child from physical appearance only
if child is active and happy enough nothing to worry
because for a child it is more important to stay happy and active then any other things
so please focus on healthy development of your child
