Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi first, please maintain good hydration throughout the day. it is very important. give Luke warm water with pinch of salt and Tulsi leaves,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours. dress your child lightly give sporlac powder in 2 drops twice in a day
