Q.

My son is going to be 6 next month and his weight is 16. He is active. But galls ill very soon. Please advice

A. Namaste Mom, As far as he is active enough for his age and also eating healthy no worries, for the varaition in weight. For immunity , the season is such , you may give warm water, seasonal fruits and vegetables, soaked dry fruits , also give home made kadha, tulsi water , home cooked fresh foods, limit the packaged foods, also you may preferably give haldi or turmeric milk as well

A. hello you should try to give your child immunity increasing food in the diet and try to include vitamin rich food in the diet and give your child fruits vegetable green leafy vegetables dry fruits and dairy product which will improve the immunity gradually
