My son is getting ear pain and he is 4yrs old.. can you suggest any ear drops

A. Upon noticing that the child is experiencing ear pain, it is advisable to administer a painkiller such as paracetamol to alleviate the immediate discomfort. Following this, it is recommended to seek medical consultation to determine the underlying cause of the ear pain, whiche could be attributed to infections, cough, or cold. In cases of emergency, otogesic ear drops can be utilized by applying 2 drops into the affected ear.d
