avoid use of tv and mobile 1-2 hours before sleep time,read him a story or play some board games so he tired out and then put to bed by tucking in his favourite blanket and keep his favourite toy besides him

it is normal , please don't take much stress for this
try to set consistent bedtime routine for your child
avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially before one hour of sleep time
keep the environment calm and dark while sleeping
avoid distractions.
use dim lights.
ensure that your child feel comfortable while sleeping
maintain good hygiene
