My son goes to motion many times little little he is of 3 years and 4 months is there solution for this?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is more than three years of age and passing stool frequently the baby is having loose motions please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with ORS coconut water and enterogermina tubes to the baby to avoid dehydration
