Q.

my son is fit but weight is 10.6 kg after 1 year 6 month. I want to worry or is it ok

A. If the child is eating well and is active and comfortable, then there is nothing to worry about. Give whole cow's milk and milk products like home made paneer, cheese, curd, butter and ghee in small amounts. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give bananas, avocados and pears. Give one boiled egg per day. Give plain nuts and seeds to eat like walnuts, almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts and raisins. Give pulses like moong Dal and masoor Dal.
