In 1 year, there are variety of foods that can be included in baby's diet like chapati with paneer gravy, rice with dal, chicken soup, boiled egg, omelette, besan and beetroot cheela, upma, poha, idli-dosa with sambhar, pan cake, waffle, veg cutlet, chicken and fish curry with rice, stuffed parantha, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, Dalia, etc. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith fluids like water, curd, buttermilk, fresh juices and coconut water.
