my son is around 4 months old.At the time of birth he was having hair on his head,but it all went up slowly while bathing or otherwise.right now all the hair has gone,and new one is coming up. kindly guide what needs to be done.

A. do not worry about this it is natural for the baby to have loss ts of fair which baby will be getting it back soon no need of any medicines it is a natural process
