Q.

my son is approx 4 years old and he is underweight. what should we do increase his weight. he is not taking fod his own still. we have to feed him after mesh chapati in vegetables.

A. encourage him to eat with himself, eat with him.. do give more energy dense food. You can add butter, cheese, curd, ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.
