my son is always getting cough. it's getting worse at night . what causes intense cough?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cough in a child could be allergic , infective or due to sogyme other cause like GERD so it needs proper valuation before giyving any medication . Primarily you can give steam inhalation to the child for the improvement before consulting your doctor.
