Q.

my son is almost 3 months old and we see very little traces of blood in his stools and his stool routine showed some lactose intolerance. but as he is on exclusive breastfeeding dr has suggested to continue.Is there any solution?

A. You should stop having lactose products that is what you can do as of now instead of having proper dairy products you should shift to lactose free products for the timing that is what is going to be good because if you continue to feed the child as per your doctor this problem is not going to suicide as it may increase over the period
