Hello, My daughter is 3 months 7 days old, she is having green colour stool from last 15 days. Stool routine test showed presence of occult blood, mucous and pus cells 10-15/hpf. We have started her course of antibiotics. How soon will she recover as we are extremely worried?

Usually takes about 3 to 5 days on the minimum side to subside onto the infection and sometimes it could be longer depending upon our severe infection is what are the figure those are mentioned on the report that is going to actually diagnose the kind of infection your child has and what is the severity according to that only you can expect it to settle down with this much of a time
