My son is age of 18months from yesterday night onwards he is getting loose water stools with bad smell and getting vomit if anything eating.Used walamycin prescribed by pediatrician but no use please suggest medicine or remedies to stop vomit and loose stoy

A. 18 months baby getting loose watery stool Please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to avoid dehydration in the baby advisable to give adequate ORS coconut water and buttermilk
