My son is about two and half year old but it's weight is near about 10 kg only.

That’s about 3 KG less because the current weight of your child is good for a child who age of one year old she looking at that I can certainly tell you that your child is definitely quite underweight you have to work upon a healthy weight gaining plan for your child
