My son is about to turn 2 this Oct. But he eats less makes fusses even if he is hungry. What can be done so that he fills his stomach eating properly?

A. Hello mom try to enhance his meals such as by adding some ghee to his meals , also dry fruits Nuts can be given as snack or incorporate in certain recipes to them . Fresh fruit milk shakes can be given , lentils and legumes such as sprouts , channa , rajma etc can be given as well . Panner
