my son is 9years old but his weight is 55 height 4.10 feet but he is very active how can i reduce weight

A. Hello mom he is quiet on a very higher side for his age .. you have to make sure he is involved in some form of physical activity like yoga , dance works outs , jogging etc . And take care of his diet and avoid processed and sugary foods .. avoid heavy meals after late evening
