my son is 9 months old and his birth weight is 3.06kg but now he is 7.75 kg is it normal.. or have to weight gain more

No this is definitely very less right now your child should be having a good amount of where looking at the birth weight of your child it should be should be somewhere and 10 1/2 kgs by the age of 12 months so looking at the current weight and age of your child this is extreme
