My son is 8 years old and my daughter 4 years old. Both have gastric issues n complains of stomach ache very often. My son even get mouth ulcers every 10-15 days.They both have constipation issues.Kindly guide what can i do

U Give them good amount of liquid diet and also you should try to give fibre is tied to the kids that would be the right kind of thing that you should be giving to the child and that we slowly gradually the things will definitely become better and for gastric issues it would be advisable to consult a Doctor Who specialises in the stomach area
