Q.

My son is 8 months old but from last 1.5 months his weight is not constant. No considerable gain in weight has been noted. Experts and other parents do guide me in this matter!!

A. Hii, Check the gums of your baby if it's hard and swollen then your baby might be in teething phase. Babies tend to loose weight during this time. Just try to keep his diet strong give 3 meals a day like porriges, fruit and vegetables purees or soups. Including ghee in porridge wiill help in weight gain. Rest of the time can breastfeeding on demand.

A. Hello dear parent! It is said to be ideal if the baby doubles its birth weight by 6 months completion and triples by one year. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Give 3 meals and water along with daily breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
