My son is 8 month old since morning he is moving tongue out continuously and I think there is white like small pimple on tongue.what to do

Hi Maybe that white pimple is only causing some kind of an issue to the child which is why your child is keeping the tongue out every now and then please get it checked with the doctor because it could be anything which needs a proper assessment by a doctor so a dentist would be the right person to go to
