Q.

my son is 7m old..he is having rice porridge and nestum at night..i want to replace nestum with easily digestible food at night..what can i give him at night..my breastfeed is low..

A. Hello mom, Offer idly at night instead of nestum and moongdal poridge. Offer food before 8 pm. Offer plenty of water per day. Keep your baby healthy and hydrated. Thank you have a great day..
