Follow three day rule.
Give mashed boiled Moong Daal, rice kangi.
Ragi porridge, rice porridge.
Give vegetables such as pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree, and fruits puree of pears, avocado, apple, ripe banana, papaya . good to give home made ba y food

as for good digestion..
keep baby well hydrated as water helps digesting food..
