my son is 7 years old his weight is 23 kg .he has v poor diet .not eating anyveggies nor non veg ....pls guide us.

A. hi mom add minced vegetables , curds or dals while kneading the dough and give like parathas mix veg paneer parathas or besam chilla or uttapa soup rice
