My son is 7 years 4 months old . His weight is 21 kg only . Suddenly he got 99.2 fever today and little cough is also having . So which medicine can I give him plz tell me

A. hello.please give hom syp crocine250 mg 5 ml in case of temp more than 100 F. guve lots of fluids ... also gi e tulsi water n syeam inhalation. ok
