my son is 7 year old boy but behaving like a 4 year old boy I am thinking like his brain development is not growthing properly and also his health is not growthing

Maam that’s a massive lapse if it is like this you should consult a child psychologist get your child evaluated to know exactly what is the situation and if they feel there is some problem then they will tell you with the treatment and therapy that you need to follow
