My son is 7 months old, I want to know that how much times I have to give him solids. Now a days i am giving him only one time which is breakfast. What can i give to him?

ragi porridge wheat porridge khichdi cerelac dalia sabudana puree mashed boiled fruits and vegetables
remember one new food at a time..
use Babyhug steel bowl and spoon
