Q.
my son is 7 months old. how many meals I should give him apart from milk. and what should be the quantity of each meal .? FYI he eats khichdi in the afternoon and sooji or cerelac or sweet potato in the morning. any guidance is welcome.thanks in advance. first time mom.

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello the child would need around 3 meals and a snack at this age and any concern it would be better to check with your doctor and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balance food in the diet which can help in the growth of the child and nothing to worry
