my son is 7 months old ..he is refusing the solidsfrom yesterday and he is suffering with cold running nose ...and loose motions ...from morning..what should I give him ...please advice me

In this here it is very difficult to comment pgroperly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate propgerly and will guide you accordingly for this .
