my son is 7 months old and affected with viral fever and he has running nose and temperature is going up and down ! consulted doc and he prescribed paracetamol drops and some nasal drops ! any precautions should i take other than that ? he can't breath properly and continues running nose !

As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hyccdration needs to be maintained .
