Q.
yesterday morning my daughter had running nose, in the afternoon slight fever started. I gave her relent+ and P250, at night again fever started and she is having running nose also temperature is 99.9 I am wiping hands legs and forehead with wet cloth. but the temperature is not getting down

keep temperature checking 6 hourly..
Fevers higher than 104° F. should be attended to immediately.
Dress your child lightly.
give plenty of fluids to maintain hydration of body.
Give soft easy to digest diet.
maintain proper hygein.
