Q.
my son is 7 months 1wk old...can I add little bit salt to homemade cerelac....n he is having pnemonia little bit....can I give him water after solid food...n he is getting sweat alot

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, you should not at all add salt to your baby’s food till the age of 1 year. You can give few sips of water in between and after meals.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is better to avoid giving baby salt till the age of one year. and also yes you can give baby luke warm water upto four ounces in a day.
