Q.

My son is 7 mnth old… earlier he has problem of redness at anus part… doctor recommended isomil lactose milk for him now we give him isomil puree of apple banana carrot peas pear pumpkin… now again he is facing the same problem plz guide

A. Make sure the stools he is passing is not hard as you are adding too much fiber in his diet so make sure he is drinking enough liquids as well so the stools are soft and apply little coconut oil or Vaseline or red area

A. Redness at the tip of the foreskin is common, and may be due to irritation from wet nappies, soap residue or from trying to pull the foreskin down to clean the penis. Changing nappies frequently and applying barrier or nappy cream to the tip of the penis can help.
