Q.

my son is 6years old he baby teeth fall off before one month but not not another permanent teeth coming out it's going to be 2 months now what should I do

A. Hi. usually within a gap of 3-6 months, after shedding of milk teeth permanent teeth erupts. if till then also teeth don't show signs of eruption then consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist
