Q.

#asktheexpert My son got lower permanent teeth (2 teeth)at the back of milk teeth. later 2 upper teeth has fallen off.. the bottom ones doesn't seem to be falling off..should these 2 bottom milk teeth has to be removed?

A. Usually the permanent ones will push these ones and it will fall off but if it has been quite long since the permanent ones have come then better consult a dentistWrite Your Answer Here

A. Yes Did you tell us got permanent teeth and the milk haven’t fallen down then obviously that’s not correct consult a paediatric dentist to know as to what you can do and you’ll have to get the front teeth removed because already the permanent teeth are there so the temporary ones have to be removed
