my son is 6years and 8months old he is snoring at night what to do please suggest me having adenoids also

A. snoring in children occurs due to nasal blockage or it might be due to upper respiratory tract blockage. what you can do is give nasal saline dropsx every three hourly or go for steam inhalation and if it is still not improvingd then meet your doctor.
