My son is 6rs old and daughter is 4yrs old..both are not gaining weight though they eat well..any suggesion for weight gaining..

You should give a proper diet to the kids that is what is important include good amount of protein into the diet fats and carbs that is what is going to be benefiting in increasing the weight of the kids so if needed you can also visit a nutritionist for further assistance
