my son is 6 yrs old. he is not growing height as compared with same ages of kids, pls suggest me diet for growing purpose. my daughter also 1 yr old. her weight is 6.5kgs only. pls suggest me sir

For What are your kids I’m just going to advise you to consult her nutrition expert once because I think there is some nutritional deficiencies that your child may be going through which is why your child both the kids rather I would say that the child is not gaining weight according to that so it would be very very important for you to get it assessed with you on nutrition expert once
