My son is 6 yrs and 1 month old his weight is 29.95 kg nd height is 121.6 cm is this ideal height and weight according to his age ? Kindly suggest

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist11 months agoA. Namaste Mom, The weight is on the slight higher side as such, so make sure that refined , processed and sugary foods are avoided as such. and also get him involved in some form.of physical excercise be it outdoor games etc
