My son is 6 years old and recently a weird rash was seen on his left thigh. Have attached a picture. Please suggest what this can be and solution?

Mark the picture is not available so I will not be able to understand what kind of a rash it is as of now you can apply calamine lotion but it is going to be good for you to have an assessment with your doctor kindly post your question again with attachment to it
