A. for proper nutrition and you have to give food made at home. you have to prepare food from cereals pulses vegetable and fruits. advisable to go for only seasonal fruits and vegetables and you can also prepare juice from fruits. when given in proper quantity according to the need of the child then the child will get adequate nutritional supplements from this food only. this will help in improving the weight height growth immunity and nutrition of the child. weather any nutritional deficiency is there or not will de told by your doctor dry fruits can be added it is very important that you should always go for the seasonal fruits because they are the fruits from that season and are not storage fruits. so kindly go for seasonal fruits for the child

A. UConsult a nutrition expert for that they will tell you all what all can you including to your child’s daily diet since your doctor has restricted the child to have milk and milk products so an expert in this area would be able to give you a correct guidance
