Q.
my milk is only getting generated if I am having sufficient milk and milk product as my baby is having lactose intolerance .if I have to stop milk and milk product they kindly suggest what I should take to generate sufficient amount of milk to feed my baby kindly advice

do not worry have all the other food groups like pulses beans sprouts soya / egg non veg
grains and millets
nuts
green leafy vegetables and fruits
good water intake
such healthy diet will help to maintain the milk supply
also more you breastfeed more is the milk supply
