my son is 6 year & 8 month old . his immunity is so week . in fever without hospitalization he can't recover. so what I can I do to (general remedies) improve his immunity

You should give milk with pinch of turmeric and black pepper every day twice a day and add 2 teaspoon teaspoons of dry fruit powder also check with the doctor if your child is low on nutrition specially iron as that can also lead to constant fever on and off like this you need to go for a proper blood test and body test of your child
