my son is 6 months old he some times at night make sound from his teeth I had given him medicine as I thought it may not be due to worms in stomach but no benefit at all still he di thevsame

If It is still the same then you should get a check with your doctor because the doctor can tell you the correct reason behind it because grinding of that it is mostly because of the reason of worms only but if that’s not the reason or the medicine is not working well can you check with your doctor
