My son is 6 months old and has rash from 2 weeks around mouth n nose it is not improving can you please suggest

Please Apply your breastmilk and coconut oil only. This will help you for sure.
Rashes is on outer part or inner side? please clarify this in post. Continue breastfeeding till 1 year and after. Start giving semi solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month and nuts once baby completes 1 year
